Welcome to the Peterborough City Council online booking system for Registration Services.

You can use this system to make an appointment to register a birth or a death.

Please use the buttons at the bottom of each screen to move backwards and forwards through the system. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER BACK BUTTON DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.

To enter all the necessary information to make an appointment will take approximately 5 minutes. For security reasons, this system will time-out after 20 minutes. Please complete your booking within that time or the information you have entered will be lost and you will have to start again.

As of the 1st of December 2011, when registering a birth or death you will now have the opportunity to participate in our Tell Us Once program. This enables you to notify multiple government departments during your one appointment to save you time. Details of how to participate are provided when registering for your appointment.
